Start running again

I've always enjoyed running during my school days.

It was perhaps the best time when the mind is just concentrated on putting one foot before the other.

However, I've been sidetracked.

Distracted from a far from healthy lifestyle, I'm a pale shadow of my past.

Therefore, i will start to run away.

for 2 months, i aim to run every other day for 30 minutes each time.

hopefully i last.
